Summary
With strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.
Responsibilities
1. Demonstrating and presenting products
2. New Business establishment and follow ups
3. Maintaining Accurate Records
4. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
5. Handling customer feedback / Creating a brand image
6. Monitoring Supplier efficiency for delivery commitments
7. Update data in software followed by company
8. Inquires evaluations and negotiation of quotations
9. Visiting Suppliers Plant and Distribution
10. Vendor analysis and coordination
11. Greet and direct customers
12. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
13. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
14. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
15. Cross-sell products
16. Ensure racks are fully stocked
17. Manage returns of merchandise
18. Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
19. Inform customers about discounts and special offers
20. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
21. Stay up-to-date with new products/services
